Power Yoga: 

Inside this 60 minute class you are going to discover your personal edge and step to the limit of it while being able to find serenity. This yoga practice is open to all levels and explores personal growth and challenges on and off the mat. Please bring a mat, water bottle and yourself. See you on the mat!


YIN Yoga:

During this 60 minute class come explore the softer side of yoga. Yin is about balance and restoring the body. This is a slower class, come get comfy and lengthen the mind and body. Here you will hold poses and find peace in the silence. 


HIIT Yoga:

Be ready to get a sweat on! Here you combine the flow of yoga and resistance training against your own body. This 60 minute class will give you the gym feel and the mental clarity to take on the rest of the day.
