How to Book Your Spa Party
Spa parties require advance booking and a signed contract with a credit card on file. Here is exactly how the process works:
Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Complete our Spa Party Request Form below with your group size, preferred date, occasion, and service interests. We will follow up within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and discuss your group's needs.
Step 2 — Confirm Your Booking
Once availability is confirmed, we will send your contract for signature and collect a credit card to hold your reservation. Your spa party date is not confirmed until the contract is signed.
Step 3 — Plan Your Day
We will work with you to schedule all group members' services on a coordinated timeline. You will receive guidance on our approved refreshment policy so you can plan exactly what to bring for your lounge celebration.
Step 4 — Arrive and Celebrate
Your group arrives together, gets settled in the lounge, and the spa party begins. Our team handles everything from that point — you just relax and enjoy.

Spa parties are best suited for groups of 6 to 12 people. For groups outside this range, please contact us directly to discuss options.
Advance Booking
Spa parties require advance reservations — walk-in group bookings are not available. We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially during summer months and peak wedding season when availability fills quickly.

Refreshments Policy
You are welcome to bring your own spa-approved light refreshments to enjoy in our lounge. Please inquire about our approved refreshment list when you book — we will provide full details at that time.
