Terms & Conditions

1.1. Our spa services and treatments are designed to provide relaxation and rejuvenation. We offer various packages, massages, facials, and other services subject to availability.

1.2. To ensure availability, we recommend booking your appointments in advance. Walk-ins are unavailable.

1.3. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book spa services. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will need to be present in the room for any facial or massage services. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments, and will only be charged at the time of service; or unless the booking policy is violated. (please see section 3)

2.1 Please arrive  5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Our doors remain locked during spa sessions and are unlocked at the start of the next scheduled appointment.

2.2. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time  to accommodate other scheduled guests.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

No-Call/No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Single Appointment Cancellation: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Multiple Appointment Cancellation: Two or more appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fees.

Group Booking Cancellation: Group appointments canceled with less than 72 hours (3 days) notice will incur a charge of 75% of the scheduled service fees.

Repeat violations of our booking policy will result in refusal of services and future booking requests.

4.1. Prior to any treatment, please inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your spa experience.

4.2. If you have any medical concerns or are pregnant, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using our spa services. If you are pregnant or nursing please inform staff, prenatal massages are available after the first trimester only. 

5.1. To maintain a serene atmosphere, we kindly request that guests keep noise to a minimum and refrain from using mobile devices in spa areas.

5.2. Please respect the privacy and relaxation of other guests during your visit.

6.1. We strive to provide a secure environment, but Townbank Tranquility Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. We request that you refrain from wearing jewelry to the spa.

7.1. Our spa adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Guests are required to maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene prior to and during their visit. 

8.1. Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or use of intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services and removal from the premises.

9.1. Gift certificates are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

9.2. Promotions and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated during the offer period. Please note that it is not possible to combine offers for a greater discount. (i.e. membership rate and referral promotion)

10.1. While we strive to provide a safe and relaxing environment, Townbank Tranquility Spa and staff shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of spa services or facility use.

11.1. Townbank Tranquility Spa reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
