Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Townbank Tranquility Spa: At Townbank Tranquility Spa, we deeply value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service to each individual. To ensure that we can accommodate the needs of all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: Single Service Cancellation: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation of a single service, such as a standalone massage or facial appointment. Full Service (Massage and Facial) Cancellation: Clients booking a full-service package, which includes both a massage and facial appointment, are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Failure to Cancel: In the event that a client fails to cancel their appointment within the stipulated time frames mentioned above, they may be subject to a charge for the full or partial service. This charge compensates our spa for the time and resources allocated to the reservation, as well as the potential loss of business opportunities as we may have turned away other clients. Repeated Last-Minute Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise occasionally, and we strive to be understanding and accommodating. However, perpetual last-minute cancellations or a failure to provide adequate notice may significantly impact our ability to serve other clients who are in need of our services. Consequently, we reserve the right to terminate services at our spa for clients who repeatedly fail to adhere to our cancellation policy or terms. We kindly request all clients to respect this policy as it allows us to maintain a high level of service for everyone.
